Architectural homes, built with care.
A family builder crafting architectural homes on the Mornington Peninsula and in Melbourne for over 65 years.
We work hand in hand with architects and clients, from early planning through to the final detail. Honest communication, sustainable methods and superior workmanship guide every project, large or small.

We're exploring modular housing.
PMVMOD is our research into well-designed modular homes, bringing the same care and craftsmanship as our architectural builds. We're in the early design stages and looking for people to explore it with.
Architect-led design
Compact homes designed around light, proportion and a connection to the landscape.
Repeatable, not generic
Modules that can be refined and repeated, so quality goes up as cost comes down.
Built properly
The same team, standards and attention to detail behind every PMV home.
